PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is information about your identity. This includes information, such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. It is not necessary for you to disclose personal data to use our website. However, in certain cases, we need your name and address, as well as further information for us to provide the required services. The same applies when sending information material and goods ordered, or answering specific questions. We will notify you accordingly where this is necessary. We also only save and process data that you provide us with voluntarily and, if necessary, data that we automatically collect when you visit our website (refer to the section entitled “Data automatically collected when visiting our website”). If you wish to make use of our services, we will generally only collect data that we need to provide the services. In the event that we ask you for further information, this will always be voluntary information. Personal data will be solely processed to fulfil the requested service and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA
We generally use the personal data you provide to answer your enquiries, process your orders or grant you access to certain information or offers. To uphold customer relations, it may also be necessary that we or one of the service companies we commission use this personal information to inform you about product offers or conduct online surveys to better understand our customers’ work and requirements. Naturally, we also respect your decision should you not wish to provide us with personal data to support our customer relations (particularly for direct marketing or for market-research purposes). We will not sell your personal data to third parties or market it in any other way. We will not forward personal data to states outside the EU and/or the EEA.
PURPOSE
We will only collect, process and use the personal data you have provided us with online for the purposes disclosed to you. Your personal data will not be passed onto third parties without your express consent. Personal data will only be collected and transferred to authorised state institutions and authorities within the framework of the relevant legislation and providing we are obliged to do so by a court decision. Our staff and contracted service companies have a duty of confidentiality and compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations.
DATA AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE
The following data is saved for organisational and technical purposes when using our website: the name of the pages you have accessed, the browser and operating system you have used, the data and time of access, the search machines used, the name of files downloaded and your IP address. We analyse this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes to further enhance our website and make our online presence even more attractive. This data is stored separately from other personal information on secure systems. This data cannot be traced back to individuals.

When you visit our website, it is possible that we store information on your computer in the form of a cookie. We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports for the website operator about website activity and provide other services associated with website use and internet use. Google will also forward this information to third parties, if required to do so by law, or in the event that third parties process these details on behalf of Google. Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data. You can set your web browser to prevent the installation of cookies; however, please note that you may not be able use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the details obtained about you by Google in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose. In view of the discussion on the use of analytical tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” and therefore the IP address is further processed only in abbreviated form to prevent direct identification of individuals.

We have put in place technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, tampering and unauthorised access. All our employees and all people involved with data processing are obliged to comply with federal legislation on data protection, the General Data Protection Regulations and legislation relevant for data protection, as well as the confidential handling of personal data. Our Privacy Policy does not extend to external links offered as part of our website. In so far as we provide links, we assure you that no infringements of current legislation were identifiable on the linked websites at the time of setting up the link. However, we do not have any influence over the data protection and security provisions of other providers. GOOGLE MAPS
We use Google Maps on our website to display our address, to search for dealers and to provide you with directions. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, henceforth referred to as “Google”.

When our website is accessed, a connection is established with the Google server in the USA to enable certain fonts to be displayed on our website.
If you access Google Maps, a component integrated in our website, then Google will store a cookie about your internet browser on your device. Your user settings and data will be processed to display our location and provide directions. In doing so, we cannot rule out the possibility of Google using servers in the USA.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sub-paragraph f) of the GDPR. We have a justified interest in optimising the functionality of our website.
The connection thus established to Google allows Google to determine from which website your enquiry has been sent and to which IP address the directions should be sent.

We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal provided by YouTube LLC., 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, henceforth referred to as “YouTube”.

We use YouTube in connection with our “Privacy-enhanced mode” function to show you videos. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sub-paragraph f) of the GDPR. We have a justified interest in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the “Privacy-enhanced mode” means that the data described in more detail below will only be transferred to YouTube’s server if you actually start a video.
Without this "Privacy-enhanced mode”, a connection with the YouTube server in the USA will be established as soon as you access one of our web pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is needed to be able to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will collect and process your IP address, the data and time of your visit and the web pages you visited. A connection is also established with the Google “DoubleClick” advertising network.
Should you be logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you either need to log out of YouTube before visiting our website or adapt the relevant settings in your YouTube user account.
