We manufacture bent curtain profiles exactly according to your individual requirements and cut all profiles to the desired dimensions. On request, we can take all the necessary notches into account in advance so that the elements supplied can be processed or installed directly. This saves time on the construction site and ensures smooth assembly.

Powerful bending technology for perfect results
Almost all single-runner curtain profiles can be bent in our in-house, state-of-the-art bending department. This means that even demanding installation situations can be realised where conventional straight profiles are not sufficient.
Precise bending radii for optimum running properties
Our automatically programmed bending machine ensures a constant and precise bending radius. Thanks to our many years of experience, we have defined minimum radii for our profiles so that the running properties of the curtains remain excellent in every bend.
Requirements for precise implementation
For precise production, we request sketches as a plan view (floor plan) with details of the room side. Small dimensional tolerances of +/- 10 mm may occur. Wall clearances must always be measured from the wall to the centre of the track.
Recommendations for complex shapes
For more complex geometric shapes, we recommend submitting a 1:1 template to ensure maximum accuracy of fit. In addition, the specified minimum radii should be observed so that the bend can be executed professionally.
Notes on profile types
2-runner profiles are not bendable. For corresponding applications, we offer suitable 1-runner tracks that can be attached as a curve. Plans or photos of your premises are also very helpful for an optimal assessment of your project.
